Webinar for Brighton & Hove teachers: Returning to school and the role of outdoor education

Recent Government guidelines have suggested ‘utilising outdoor space’ as one of the protective measures to ensure education settings remain safe.

To help schools in using the outdoors as part of their return to school strategy, we are running a FREE webinar for Brighton & Hove teachers with BHCC Outdoor Education & PE Support Service:

Taking Learning Outdoors in Brighton & Hove
Tuesday 9th June
4.00 – 5.15pm

In this webinar, we’ll be looking at some of the educational challenges you’re currently facing and introducing some new local resources to help you overcome them, including the Council toolkit ‘Making the most of what’s on your doorstep’.

Plus, we’ll be getting some practical tips and ideas from Primary and Secondary teachers talking about their experiences of delivering the curriculum and managing a group outdoors in a variety of settings.

There’ll also be an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas before and after the webinar.

All of the strategies and ideas that feature in the webinar can be embedded in your long term curriculum delivery.
